Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
Leads the hotel’s marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand’s positioning and commercial objectives.
Develops and executes marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms to drive awareness, bookings, and guest engagement.
Collaborates closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to support business growth and ensure cohesive messaging.
Monitors and analyzes marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Manages external partners and agencies, ensuring high-quality delivery of creative assets and campaigns.
Oversees the hotel’s digital presence, including website content, SEO, local listings, and online reputation management.
Drives brand consistency, ensuring all materials reflect our identity and inspire trust and loyalty among guests.
Coordinates PR and media activities, engaging local influencers, press, and partners to tell our story in fresh, exciting ways.
Champions guest-centric marketing, understanding the customer journey to enhance touchpoints and deliver memorable moments.
Implements marketing budget, controlling spend while maximizing exposure and return.
Requirements of the Marketing Manager:
Proven experience in hospitality or lifestyle brand marketing with strong digital knowledge
Creativity and commercial acumen with the ability to translate vision into impactful campaigns
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
Passion for brand storytelling and a guest-focused approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
Experience in using analytics tools, CRM systems, and marketing platforms
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Personal integrity and a positive, collaborative mindset
