About the Role:
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes that are at the heart of our guest experience. Working closely with senior chefs, you’ll be hands-on in delivering exceptional food, supporting daily kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and consistency.
What You Will Do:

• Assist with daily food preparation and production in line with recipe and presentation standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all dishes
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Contribute to minimising food waste through thoughtful preparation and portioning
• Support senior chefs and collaborate with team members to foster a positive kitchen environment

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment
• A passion for culinary excellence and a strong attention to detail
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to learn and grow within the team
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
