Assistant Health Club & Wellness Manager

As an Assistant Health Club & Wellness Manager, you will infuse our Health Club Team with a heightened sense of dedication, a goal-focused approach, and a genuine zeal for enhancing guest experiences in our vibrant hospitality setting.

Our Assistant Health Club & Wellness Manager loves to support our members’ and guests’ ambitions to run longer, try harder, and aim higher to achieve their goals – it’s far more than just handing out towels! You will assist in managing the Health Club & Wellness team, leading by example, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest safety, while helping manage budgets and inventory.

As an integral part of the management team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the leisure department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing fitness and wellness programs under the guidance of the Manager.
• Support training, coaching, and daily performance monitoring of the team.
• Help supervise maintenance and safety of gym equipment and wellness facilities.
• Monitor daily inventory and supplies for the Health Club and wellness areas.
• Ensure the club consistently meets hygiene and safety standards.
• Provide guest support and resolve day-to-day issues following established policies.
• Organize small fitness and wellness events in coordination with the Manager to engage members.

• Passionate about creating extraordinary service.
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Enjoys having fun at work.
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a gym or fitness center, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong team management skills and ability to implement policies effectively.
• Knowledge of fitness, health, and wellness programs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to solve day-to-day problems efficiently.
