We have an exciting opportunity for a 12 month fixed term contract position of Corporate Guest Recognition Specialist to join our Corporate – Worldwide Reservations & Revenue (Operations, Guest Recognition) department.
The Corporate Guest Recognition Specialist is responsible for maintaining and managing accurate guest profiles to support the guest experience for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
This role is a fully remote fixed-term position working 35 hours per week, based in Ontario, between the hours of, Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm and subject to change based on business requirements, reporting to the Manager, Guest Information and Recognition. This role involves interactions with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
