An Overnight Housekeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the hotel, ensuring that every corner reflects the elevated luxury standards expected at a Forbes 5-Star property. This role involves not only maintaining designated areas of the hotel but also responding promptly to guest requests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring that all spaces are meticulously cared for. The Overnight Housekeeper’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence are integral in upholding the hotel’s reputation for providing personalized and refined guest experiences, contributing to our ongoing pursuit of exceptional guest service and financial success.
What will I be doing?
As an Overnight Housekeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and service in designated areas. In support of the hotel’s efforts to achieve and maintain five-star service, complete assigned cleaning in public areas or guest rooms, respond to guest requests, and complete special projects to enhance the overall guest experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will ensure that all areas meet the expectations of luxury and excellence.
