Après le succès de Beau Coco Paris au cœur de l’Opéra Garnier, Beau Coco investit la Gare des Brotteaux à Lyon et propose une expérience culinaire raffinée dans un cadre somptueux.
Imaginé par l’architecte Corinne Sachot déjà à l’origine du projet parisien, l’architecture et la décoration de Coco Lyon sont captivantes. Comme à Paris, on retrouve la moquette palme, les velours chatoyants, des bois sombres aux reflets acajou ou encore les laques Napoléon III.
C’est dans ce contexte que nous recherchons un/e Commis(e) de Cuisine, à ce poste vos missions seront les suivantes :
Assurer une qualité de service optimale dans le respect des normes HACCP et des standards de qualité Paris Society
Assister les autres membres de la brigade dans la préparation des ingrédients nécessaires à la cuisine.
