Spa Supervisor

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is currently looking for a creative and dynamic Spa Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and delivering service with passion. The Spa Supervisor supervises Reception staff and ensures all day to day standards and procedures are adhered to and delivered at the highest level. The ideal candidate would execute all operational duties including but not limited to training new staff (standards testing), scheduling and ordering of supplies. The Spa Supervisors serves as liaison to guests and handles all special requests not limited to resolution of guest issues.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Spa Director and Assistant Spa Manager in motivating and developing a skilled team
• Leads by example and instills a culture of continuous learning and improvement among -employees
• Ensures the department is kept in an organized manner in accordance with company philosophy and policies, maximizing efficiency and productivity and achieving established goals
• Ensures our guests have a smooth arrival, treatment and departure process

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to cover either AM, PM or Mid Shifts, starting as early as 6:30am and as late as 9:30pm including and not limited to desk coverage. Rotating schedule.
• Two to Three years of luxury spa experience.
• Previous experience within the luxury spa industry is preferable.
• Excellent communication skills for both guest and management interaction
• The ability to take a proactive approach to understanding guests needs and desires
• Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task.
• Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills
• Proven track record of spa sales and retail development
• Fluency in English
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
