The Team Member Kitchen Attendant finishes the tasks assigned by the supervisor and keeps the Team Member Restaurant clean, in line with Hilton and hotel policies and procedures.
What will I be doing?
As the Team Member Kitchen Attendant, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Clean vegetables and prepare fruits, raw and semi-finished products.
• Daily prepare all dishes and ingredients for all items featured on the menu.
• Daily assist in the cooking for each meal.
• Keep all food items correctly stored.
• Work closely with the Senior Cook.
• Follow and enforce hygiene and safety standards set by the hotel and Food & Hygiene department.
• knowledgeable of the hotel’s fire and safety procedures and the operation of kitchen and firefighting equipment.
• Have complete knowledge of washing products and their correct usage.
