JOB DESCRIPTION
Doubletree by Hilton San Diego-Mission Valley is seeking an Assistant Director of F&B to support a fantastic team. The property has 32,000 sq. ft of meeting space, 300 guest rooms, and three restaurant outlets. With oversight of the restaurant operations, kitchen and banquet operations, this role will support the entirety of the F&B team.
Windows Café offers buffet and à la carte breakfast options. Lounge 72° features sleek decor and pool views, serving a mix of small plates and entrees. Café Pronto is the place to grab on-the-go bites and Starbucks coffee.

Salary: $78,000-$86,000 a year dependent on experience
