For the next season, we are looking for a Spa Therapist for the next season 2026 to join our Spa team.

He/She will Report to the Spa Manager

Main Duties & Responsabilities:

• Competently and professionally perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages (relaxing, therapeutic, sports), facials, body treatments, manicures, and pedicures (if applicable).
• Consult with guests to understand their individual needs and recommend the most suitable treatments.
• Ensure a clean, hygienic, and relaxing environment in the treatment rooms.
• Maintain spa equipment in perfect working order and hygiene.
• Promote and sell spa skincare and body care products, offering expert advice to guests.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the spa.
• Accurately manage bookings and client records.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

• Recognized diploma or certification in aesthetics, massage therapy, or spa therapy.
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa, hotel, or resort.
• Excellent knowledge of various massage techniques and aesthetic treatments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
• Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Flexible working hours, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in Italian; knowledge of English (or other languages) will be considered a plus.

• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo – Level 4, Spa Therapist;

• Start date: April 2026.  End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;

• Salary as by CCNL + increase based on seniorirty and skill level, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;

• Accomodation in our staff house including breakfast;
