Descrição do emprego

 

• Preparar e montar pratos, cuidando dos padrões de apresentação e segurança alimentar exigidos.

• Preparar os pratos do cardápio do dia, a partir das demandas recebidas, cozinhando, grelhando,
assando os alimentos.
• Montar pratos individuais, buffets, bandejas etc. e distribuir nos locais de consumo.
• Executar atividades de confeitaria, preparando doces, bolos etc.
• Monitorar o consumo do buffet e providenciar a reposição dos alimentos, quando necessário.
• Recolher os alimentos no final dos serviços, tanto no buffet quanto na cozinha, e encaminhar ao destino
apropriado.
• Aplicar as boas práticas de segurança alimentar pertinentes à área
• Orientar o Auxiliar de Cozinha. Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da
área.
