Manager, Engineering

Description:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure proper functioning of all mechanical
• electrical
• plumbing (MEP)
• HVAC
• fire safety
• and building systems.
  – Prepare and manage the Engineering Department’s annual operating budget and CAPEX budget.
  – Ensure all engineering operations comply with local laws
• building codes
• safety regulations
• and company standards.
  – Lead
• mentor
• and develop the engineering team
• ensuring high performance and effective teamwork.
  – Implement cost-control measures
• monitor utility consumption
• and lead energy-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• or equivalent practical experience.
  – Minimum of 3 years’ management or supervisory experience in an engineering environment.
  – Strong interpersonal
• leadership
• and communication skills.
  – Proven ability in project management and team coordination.
  – Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
