Assistant Manager, L&D

Description:

  • Managing the OZO Chaweng Samui’s training function
  • including developing a complement of qualified departmental trainers. Establishing a property system for generating training data and evaluating results to meet both objectives and achievement of goals set forth by the management and ONYX Hospitality Group

Qualifications:

  • Have been working in position for minimum 2 years
    – Excellent English proficiency and great communicator to all levels ofassociate
    – Well partner with HR Team and other department heads in driving company to the achievement
    – Dynamic
