Marketing Executive

As the Marketing Executive, you will support the implementation of the hotel’s marketing, communications, and digital initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and effective campaign execution. Working closely with internal departments, external agencies, and suppliers, you will assist in promoting the resort, enhancing brand visibility, and driving guest engagement through various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Marketing Support

• Assist in maintaining brand standards across all marketing and communication activities.
• Ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and hotel positioning.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Campaign Coordination

• Coordinate marketing, public relations, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Assist in organizing photoshoots, media visits, and promotional events.

Content & Communications

• Create and update marketing content for brochures, newsletters, website pages, and social media platforms.
• Support media communications and prepare promotional materials.
• Assist with internal communication initiatives and announcements.

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in managing the hotel’s digital presence, including website updates, social media channels, email campaigns, and online listings.
• Support SEO, paid advertising, and social media activities as directed.
• Monitor digital campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
