About the location:

Situated in the lush Mae Rim Valley, Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is a haven of peace and luxury, just 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai city. Spanning 32 acres, the resort is accentuated by serene lakes, lily ponds, cascading waterfalls, and an operational rice farm with its resident water buffaloes. About the role

Assistant PR Manager is responsible for the management of the annual strategic and integrated communications plan that is comprised of public relations, digital and social media that support the business objectives, increase awareness and positive perception of the properties, the Food and Beverage outlets, Spa, services and personnel, and contribute to positively impacting revenues. This role supports the three properties in Thailand, namely Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai, Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle and Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui.  The position reports to the Senior Director of Public Relations & Communications.

 

Work authorization for the location is required – candidate will be based in Bangkok.

 

 

What you will do

 

Website management

  • Manage, update and monitor image library
  • Manage, update and monitor content (multi-lingual) on the brand and partner websites
  • Manage, update and monitor microsites for respective resorts

 

Social media

  • Coordinate monthly editorial calendars and align with promotions at the properties on all platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Weibo, WeChat
  • Social media response management
  • Crisis management
  • Run social media campaigns that align with the business needs and to drive results
  • Survey best practices of other brands within and outside the industry to analyze efforts
  • Create monthly reports on social media management
  • Use brand tools effectively to monitor and archive user-generated content, as well as create reports
