Nous recherchons pour notre hôtel un attaché-commercial/sales exécutive F/H, en CDI.
Activité commerciale interne/ Réceptif :
· Répondre aux demandes de séminaires en élaborant des propositions commerciales adaptées, tout en veillant à la rentabilité
· Contribuer à l’optimisation de l’offre « séminaire »
· Négocier les contrats annuels corporate et en assurer le suivi
· Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements opérationnels (réception, restauration, événements) pour garantir la satisfaction client
· Être force de proposition afin d’optimiser les ventes
· Participer aux actions commerciales (emailing, soirées, etc…)
Développement commercial/ actions pro-actives :
· Assurer des relances systématiques des devis, propositions commerciales, demandes en attente ou dormantes
· Recontacter les clients, fidéliser et identifier de futurs besoins
· Identifier et anticiper les besoins des clients grâce à un suivi régulier des comptes actifs et des prospects stratégiques
· Mettre en place un planning de relances structuré afin d’augmenter le taux de conversion
· Veiller à la réactivation des comptes inactifs
· Suivre les objectifs commerciaux et contribuer à leur atteinte via des actions concrètes (upsell, cross-sell, optimisation des paniers moyens)
· Forte capacité à négocier et à confirmer des réservations « groupe »
· Grande aisance relationnelle (clients, équipe et collaborateurs)
· Organisation et rigueur : savoir gérer les priorités
· Rapidité d’exécution et efficacité
· Persévérance commerciale et résilience face aux exigences des clients
· Anticipation, adaptabilité et sens du service
· Maitrise du Pack Office et d’Opéra
· Maîtrise confirmée de l’anglais
· Attitude exemplaire conforme aux valeurs de la marque
