・玄関でバス、タクシー、車等を安全にハンドリング
・滞在されているお客様のお手荷物の受け渡しと保管
・ホテル館内の設備やサービス、イベント、近隣の観光地やレストラン等のご案内
・お客様のご希望に応じて交通手段の手配等
・関連部署と連携(フロント・予約課・レストラン・ハウスキーピング)
・その他、指示された職務と責任を遂行する。

・ホテル、飲食店、エアライン、テーマパーク、旅行会社など、ホスピタリティ業界のご経験、又は接客のご経験がある方
