F&B Guest Experience Agent

 

About the role:

The F&B Guest Experience Agent plays a vital role within the Food & Beverage team.  The role involves managing F&B reservations, guest inquiries, and feedback while enhancing personalization by tracking preferences, upselling special events and dining experiences.  Additionally, you will assist with operational duties, ensure smooth communication across departments, and provide exceptional guest service.

 

Reporting to the Director of Restaurants and Bars.

 

What you will do:

 

Essential Functions:

  • Guest Engagement & Reservations:
    • Manage and respond to all F&B inquiries received via phone, email, and Four Seasons Chat.
    • Handle reservations for F&B outlets, reconfirm bookings, and ensure accurate guest details are recorded in the system.
    • Be present at breakfast, in the hotel living room, and at the pool/beach to upsell dining venues within the resort.
    • Enhance Guest Personalization by collecting and recording guest preferences, tracking dining habits, allergies, and special requests to enhance future dining experiences.
    • Receive and address guest feedback related to F&B, resolving issues immediately or escalating as necessary.
    • Monitor and manage hotel online shop orders and transactions related to F&B services.
    • Proactively suggest special menus, wine pairings, and seasonal promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
    • Ensure efficient handling of pre-payment transactions for F&B reservations and special events.
    • Create and manage reservations in OpenTable, ensuring all customer preferences and requests are recorded.

 

  • Administrative & Office Support:
    • Prepare and draft official correspondence, reports, memorandums, and presentations with high accuracy, ensuring they align with Four Seasons’ standards.
    • Maintain and systematically organize all Food & Beverage office records, policy manuals, and confidential documents.
    • Ensure all files are up-to-date and easily accessible while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
    • Facilitate proper and effective communication between the Food and Beverage office and other resort departments.
    • Liaise with the Culinary Team and work closely with chefs to ensure seamless communication of guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special menu requests.
    • Maintain confidentiality regarding resort-related matters, including those related to Home Office and Ownership.

 

  • Inventory & Procurement Support:
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels of F&B office supplies and operational equipment.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain cost efficiency.
