About the company

The Late Birds Lisbon, Gay Urban Resort Concept, is looking to incorporate as soon as possible the figure of a Front Office Manager in its Back Office team at its facilities in the historic center of Bairro Alto in Lisbon. Its functions will be as follows:

• Coordination of the daily operations of the team;
• Ensure the proper functioning of the service;
• Manage complaints, always aiming at customer satisfaction;
• Ensuring that the defined standards are met;
• Carrying out administrative tasks inherent to the function.

Desired candidate profile

We are looking for candidates with (above all passion for human contact):

• Degree in Tourism/Hospitality Management or related areas;
• Previous work experience at the same position (mandatory);
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and another language (preferred);
• Host knowledge;
• Very customer oriented;
• Sense of responsibility and proactivity;
• Careful personal image;
• Dynamism and team spirit;
• Availability to work at any time and to start immediately.
