| Job Purpose: Two to three sentences describing the overall purpose of the job | |
| Perform a combination of cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms according to established procedures. | |
| Job Responsibilities: Maximum of ten responsibilities, in order of percentage of time spent on functions from longest to shortest; do not list anything that does not represent at least 10% of the job’s time. Please include supervisory responsibilities. | |
| 1. | Clean assigned guest rooms, according to preset standards and procedures. Duties include, but are not limited to making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning bathrooms and vacuuming. |
| 2. | Empty wastebaskets and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas according to preset standards and procedures. |
| 3. | Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, writing supplies, and bathroom items according to preset standards and procedures. |
| 4. | Input accurate room status into the phone system according to preset standards and procedures. |
| 5. | Enter, respond to and close maintenance system work orders as required. |
