Due to growing demands and increased occupancy our FRONT OFFICE team is expanding and diversifying. In particular we are looking for :

  • Duty Managers
  • Assistant Night Manager
  • Front office Team leaders

Your day to day

At voco, everyone’s a host – this underpins all our values and procedures. From the moment they arrive our guests feel welcomed, and subtlety delighted throughout their stay. Our people have should have a knowledge of our hotel systems including Opera, Concerto, and HUB. You will have a warm and approachable communication style.

You have developed a keen ability to build and maintain strong relationships along with demonstrated ability to interact with guests, staff, and third parties (including contractors) that reflects highly on the Hotel, the brand and IHG.

What we need from you

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • 2 years’ front desk/guest service leader experience
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Other languages may be preferred
  • Basic mathematics skills
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, reasoning and motivational skills
  • Long periods of standing in the front desk areas and occasional lifting of heavy items
  • Working knowledge of hotel property management systems like Opera beneficial
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
