The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is a colorful Garden Island with all the charm and intimacy of a traditional Maldivian Village. Located just 25 minutes by speedboat from the airport, the island’s accommodations, restaurants and recreational facilities are all close at hand, arranged around a beautiful central promenade lined with borders of bougainvillea, frangipani and hibiscus flowers.

What you will do:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, switchboards, lighting, and power outlets across guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities.
• Operate and maintain diesel generators, synchronizing panels, and control systems to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
• Monitor generator performance, fuel consumption, voltage, and load distribution, taking corrective actions when required.
• Operate and maintain RO (Reverse Osmosis) and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) systems, ensuring water quality, compliance, and continuous operation.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and keep detailed records of all electrical, RO, and STP activities.
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives by monitoring power usage and assisting with solar hybrid system operations.
• Follow strict safety protocols, maintain accurate service logs, and participate in safety audits and emergency drills.
• Collaborate with mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC teams to support integrated maintenance and resort projects.
• Provide standby and emergency support during power interruptions or critical resort operations.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards by ensuring reliable electrical and utility systems that enhance the guest experience.

What You Will Bring

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an electrician or utility technician, preferably within a luxury resort, hotel, or island operation.
• Strong knowledge of diesel generator sets, synchronization systems, AMF panels, RO plant, and STP operations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, P&ID drawings, and technical manuals.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving with a hands-on approach.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset for teamwork across departments.
• Awareness of energy-saving practices and environmental management systems.
