Le Mercure Marseille Centre Bompard La Corniche, hôtel 4 étoiles au cœur de Marseille avec 55 chambres, 1 salle de séminaire, un restaurant “Mesoya”, une piscine et un bar est à la recherche de son/sa futur/e Second de Cuisine.
Sous la responsabilité de la cheffe de cuisine, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
Assurer de façon autonome la production des plats conformément aux fiches techniques
Assurer la qualité et la présentation des plats servis
Effectuer la réception, le contrôle et le stockage des marchandises
Veiller à la propreté de son lieu de travail et à la sécurité alimentaire en respectant au quotidien les règles d’hygiène HACCP
Assurer la responsabilité du service en l’absence de la cheffe de cuisine en respectant les consignes concernant l’organisation, la coordination et le service
Expérience sur un poste similaire
Etre autonome, Organisé, dynamique et rigoureux
Sens du détail, créativité et passion pour la gastronomie
39h/semaine, horaires tournants (matin, soir ou coupure), période de travail de 8 Heures
2 jours de repos consécutifs
1 weekend par mois garanti

Rémunération: 2500€ brut mensuel + indemnités compensatrices de nourriture environ 90€ brut (variable selon le nombre de jours travaillés)
