Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording all goods delivered to the hotel, ensuring accuracy in quantity, quality, and documentation, while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders
• Inspect quality, quantity, and pricing of delivered items
• Prepare daily receiving reports and report discrepancies
• Record all purchases into the inventory system
• Ensure proper storage and security of goods
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Store, and relevant departments
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in receiving, store, or purchasing (hospitality experience is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and purchasing procedures
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, inventory systems)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure
