Monitor the appearance of indoor plants in hotel rooms to ensure a pleasant and welcoming environment. Maintain the appearance of planters and other indoor features by cleaning, replacing, or making repairs. Install new flowers, bulbs, and shrubs in indoor planters. Maintain indoor flower beds, baskets, and boxes by watering, removing weeds, trimming, and performing other maintenance tasks. Replace and transplant indoor plants as needed. Maintain indoor plants by trimming and pruning. Ensure proper watering and care of all indoor plants. Remove and bag trash from all indoor trash cans. Ensure all equipment used for indoor plant maintenance is clean and properly stored after use.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report defective equipment, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; protect company assets. Support the team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
