The Night Cleaner (Overnight) is responsible for ensuring we provide the highest level of cleanliness in our guestrooms, Public Spaces and throughout the Heart of House.

What you will be doing:

• Dust and clean walls, baseboards, vents, ceiling lights, doors, stall doors, and dust pictures
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
• Work effectively and contribute positively to a team
• Perform deep cleaning in public areas including but not limited to; floor stripping, waxing, buffing and polishing, spa facilities, carpet shampooing, striping sidewalks, general deep cleaning of public area furniture, fixtures, artwork and molding.
• Cleaning of public restrooms to include sinks, mirrors, chrome fixtures, marble tops, toilets, urinals, fixtures and empty all trash cans; wall receptacles cleaned and all accessories dispensers replenished; check and replenish all soap dispensers
• Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms/areas
• Respond professionally, politely, and efficiently to requests from guests
• Maintain equipment in a proper state of cleanliness
• Use hands to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
• Maintain excellent grooming and uniform standards
• Read, understand and follow all department policies
