¿Qué esperamos de ti?
Bajo la supervisión del/la manager de economato, esperamos que seas un/una profesional organizado/a y minucioso/a al cliente, capaz de controlar rigurosamente el stock y asegurar la calidad de los productos. El candidato/a tiene que saber comunicarse y coordinarse eficazmente con otros departamentos y proveedores, además de colaborar de manera armoniosa y proactiva con tus compañeros.
¿Cómo será tu día a día?
· Garantizar que todos los productos cumplan con los estándares corporativos y del hotel mediante la inspección adecuada de las entregas para evaluar la calidad y la cantidad de los productos antes de aceptar y almacenar los envíos.
· Asegurar que los productos entregados se cotejen con las especificaciones de compra y la orden de compra.
· Revisar la calidad, cantidad y condiciones sanitarias de los productos.
· Rechazar las entregas cuando hay un problema con los productos.
· Registrar y verificar todas las entregas.
· Supervisar el movimiento de productos para el almacenamiento asegurándose de que los artículos más perecederos se eliminen primero.
