Sales Manager

Arbeitsort: Hybrid (Homeoffice + regelmäßige Reisen in der DACH-Region)
Reisebereitschaft: i. d. R. 1–2 Mal pro Monat
Arbeitsmodell: ca. 3 Tage pro Woche vor Ort beim Kunden oder in unseren Häusern, restliche Zeit im Homeoffice

Sie sind verantwortlich für den Firmenvertrieb in der DACH-Region. Sie entwickeln unser Firmenkundenportfolio, steigern den Umsatz mit bestehenden Kunden und gewinnen neue Firmenkunden für unsere Aparthotels.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

Vertriebsmanagement

  • Verantwortung für den Firmenvertrieb in der DACH-Region
  • Betreuung und Ausbau eines definierten Firmenkundenportfolios
  • Gewinnung neuer Firmenkunden, inkl. Prospektion, Bedarfsermittlung, Angebotserstellung und Vertragsverhandlung
  • Cross-Selling von ergänzenden Reiselösungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebspartnern (TMCs, Agenturen, Buchungsplattformen etc.)

Kommunikation & Beziehungen

  • Aufbau langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen
  • Regelmäßiger Kundenkontakt vor Ort und virtuell (Besuche, Präsentationen, Reviews)
  • Vertretung der Marke Adagio auf Messen, Events und Kundenveranstaltungen
