A Chief Engineer will manage the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.
What will I be doing?
As Chief Engineer, you are responsible for the effective management of all engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including energy conservation. You are also responsible for the development of the Engineering Team and staying abreast of compliance regulations and procedures in the field of Engineering, as required for hotel standards. Job Description Supervise Maintenance and production of all items need to paint and furniture in the facility. Keep the technical services workshop up and running. Care for and repair all items need to paint in the facility. Perform tasks assigned by his/her manager that are related to the department and position. Take part in any work that requires the full participation of the Technical Service Department. Supervise Scrape, sandpaper, prime, or seal surfaces prior to painting in the facility. Repair any problems with keys and locks. Work on a shift basis and start the shift on time. Keep the work space clean and ensure that it is cleaned after the work is complete. Must always look clean and proper and wear a uniform. Carry out other reasonable tasks that may be requested. Work according to the policies, procedures and instructions identified by the Chief Engineer Take part in the Emergency Response Team. Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities.
