About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong Corporate Office, the Digital Learning Intern – Service Essentials will support the design, development, and deployment of a new episodic digital learning series focused on Mandarin Oriental’s service culture mindsets, known as Service Essentials.
The intern works closely with the Digital Learning Manager, Senior Designer, and P&C Coordinator to deliver 12 interactive learning episodes across Phase 1 and Phase 2 by October 2026.
This is a 7‑month internship, and we welcome immediate availability.
