Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage and lead the full pre‑opening phase of the hotel and, once open, oversee all operational performance.
- Drive the ongoing profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue targets, guest satisfaction outcomes, and Team Member engagement scores are achieved and exceeded.
- Lead on all key property matters, including capital projects, customer service, and any refurbishment or development initiatives.
- Ensure all decisions align with the best interests of the hotel and Hilton.
- Deliver achievable hotel budgets and establish both short‑ and long‑term strategic goals for the property.
- Provide exceptional leadership to all Team Members, with a strong focus on Hilton culture and values.
- Lead in all aspects of business planning.
- Ensure full compliance with Hilton Brand Service Standards, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Ensure cost controls are in place and effectively managed.
- Manage and develop the Hotel Executive Team, ensuring succession planning and career progression across Hilton.
- Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the HOD team.
- Respond effectively to audits, driving continual improvement in all areas of the hotel.
