SITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a passionate Assistant Pastry Chef to support and elevate the pastry experience across our main kitchen and overall hotel operations.
This is more than a supporting role in the pastry kitchen, it’s an opportunity to contribute, refine, and enhance a diverse range of culinary offerings across the hotel. We’re seeking a creative professional who thrives on precision, is passionate about quality ingredients and refined flavors, and is committed to sustainability and responsible sourcing at every step.
As Assistant Pastry Chef, you will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and kitchen leadership team to execute and evolve the pastry offering across all hotel operations, leading by example. You understand how to balance creativity with consistency, and artistry with strong operational discipline in a fast-paced, five-star environment.
From preparation to final presentation, your contribution will be reflected in every guest experience, from daily service to large-scale events.
You will:
• Support the execution and evolution of the pastry vision across all hotel operations
• Assist in inspiring and mentoring pastry team members
• Contribute to innovation while maintaining operational excellence
• Support menu and dessert development with a focus on quality, cost control, and consistency
• Deliver high-quality pastry offerings across breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets
• Execute pastry production for coffee breaks, banqueting, and plated events
• Help create memorable guest experiences that encourage return visits
