Supporting the Director of Rooms in delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences aligned with the luxury standards of Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, overseeing the daily operations of the Guest Service department (Reception, Concierge, Bell/Door teams, Butler), leading and developing the team, managing guest relations and VIP experiences, resolving issues with a solution-oriented approach, monitoring performance and guest satisfaction, and ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration and full compliance with brand and operational standards.
