As Reception Supervisor you will:

• Lead the Receptionist team in the daily Front Office operation
• Train and coach junior members of the team
• Respond to guest requests, queries and complaints
• Process guest check-ins, check-outs and payments
• Work with the management team to ensure a seamless guest experience
