Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and motivated chef who is ready to build leadership skills while continuing to strengthen their technical ability in a structured luxury environment.

 

The role

 

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the Chef de Partie in the daily management of a kitchen section, contributing to the preparation and delivery of high quality food across multiple outlets.

 

You will play an active role in guiding Commis Chefs, maintaining standards, and supporting service while continuing to develop your own skills and confidence.

 

Our culinary operation includes

 

  • Rotunda Lounge and Bar
  • In Room Dining
  • Banqueting and Events
  • Cooper’s Cut Steakhouse

 

This role offers exposure to varied service styles and a strong platform for progression.

 

What you will do

 

  • Support the Chef de Partie in the supervision of a kitchen section, ensuring food preparation and presentation meet Four Seasons standards
  • Assist with training, guiding, and supporting Commis Chefs to encourage learning and consistency
