The Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team!
Our 439-room Midtown high-rise is the closest hotel to the United Nations and half a mile from Grand Central Station. We’re within one mile of Bryant Park, The Morgan Library, and Rockefeller Center.
This position will report to the Director of Human Resources working to support the property’s 230+ team members.
The ideal candidate will be focused on team member relations and engagement, including planning and executing events, have experience working with a unionized team, knowledge of Local 6 practices would be preferred, and schedule flexibility, when needed.
Shift Pattern: Day Shift. Some night and overnight shifts may be required depending on the events taking place at the property.
Salary Range: $75,000 – $80,000 / annually
