What you will be doing:

• Supervise and support the daily operations of the Housekeeping team
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel and brand standards
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to colleagues to maintain high service and performance standards
• Communicate effectively with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution
• Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative working environment within the team
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Other duties assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in Housekeeping within a hotel environment
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
