A Lifeguard is responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of swimmers to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while ensuring swimmers are adhering to pool rules and regulations. This role requires vigilance, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment. In addition to safety supervision, the Lifeguard is also responsible for fulfilling regular cleaning and maintenance duties to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and facility presentation.
