FT PM Line Cook

We are looking for an FT Line Cook to join our team.  The right person is interested in showing our guests the high quality of their ability to create amazing meals.  You would be expected to follow recipes and established standards in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service. The right candidate will be available on weekends and holidays, and you will be working a PM shift.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for an opportunity to grow their career and skills.  Range of pay is $16.00 – 20.05 an hour, DOE.

What will I be doing?

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of the menu and all food products
• Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local, and company regulations
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed
