This stunning 374 room hotel is located three miles from Las Olas Boulevard’s vibrant restaurants and shops! Our 10+ team members report to the Director of Engineering.
The ideal candidate holds 3+ years experience as an Engineering leader within hospitality. Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 10+. Hands on experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC and refrigeration.
Shift Pattern: Full Availability and Flexibility with all shifts throughout the week.

What will I be doing?
As Assistant Director of Engineering, you would be responsible for assisting the Director in overseeing the functionality and safety of the facility to protect the well-being of all guests and team members in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
