Job Description
1. IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations including networks, servers, cloud services, hardware, and software
- Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability
- Manage IT asset lifecycle (hardware, software, licenses)
2. Information Security & Compliance
- Establish and enforce IT security policies, standards, and procedures
- Monitor cybersecurity risks and implement preventative controls
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. PDPA, ISO standards if applicable)
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning
3. User Support & Service Delivery
- Manage IT support services (internal helpdesk or outsourced)
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and user satisfaction
- Develop user guidelines, training, and documentation
4. Project & Change Management
- Lead IT projects such as system implementations, upgrades, and migrations
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholders
5. Vendor & Budget Management
- Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors and service providers
- Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency
