Build upon your classroom studies through our Hotel Internship Program opportunities. You will learn first-hand about a hotel’s operations. Our Hotel Internship Program allows you to truly experience the industry from the ground up, where our founders and many of our leaders began. You will get immersed in Marriott’s culture and business and find your true calling in the travel industry. Our internships are typically available in many different areas of the hotel. By gaining hands-on experience in the exciting world of hotel management, you�ll be better prepared to pursue opportunities post graduation. You will learn first-hand how a hotel’s Rooms Department operates—from welcoming guests at check-in and assisting with guest inquiries, to supporting room inspections, coordinating amenities, and learning the behind-the-scenes processes that keep the hotel running efficiently. You will collaborate with teams across the property, gaining a holistic view of guest service, operations, and hotel brand standards.
Our founders and many of our leaders began by learning the business from the ground up, and this internship offers the same opportunity for you.
By gaining hands-on experience in the heart of hotel operations, you’ll be better prepared to pursue a successful career in hospitality after graduation.
