As a Demi Chef at Club Millesime, you will bring precision, creativity, and passion to every plate, ensuring each order reflects the elegance, refinement, and personalised service synonymous with the Sofitel brand.

Working closely with experienced chefs, you will prepare, cook, and plate menu items to perfection while maintaining immaculate workstations and upholding the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation. With a proactive “can-do” attitude and dedication to excellence, you will support seamless, timely service, develop your culinary skills, and contribute to a collaborative, high-end kitchen environment where artistry, attention to detail, and refinement define every guest experience.

 

Qualifications

 

You are a passionate culinary professional with a Certificate in Commercial Cookery and 1–2 years of experience in a high-end or fine dining kitchen. With a genuine love for gastronomy, you delight in crafting exquisite dishes and memorable culinary moments that embody the elegance, refinement, and artistry synonymous with the Sofitel brand.

Confident, polished, and highly motivated, you thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments, maintaining impeccable hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards. You communicate effortlessly with your team, work seamlessly under pressure, and bring grace, composure, and attention to detail to every service. Flexible and reliable, you embrace a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, eager to grow your craft under the guidance of experienced pastry chefs and contribute to a collaborative, high-end kitchen environment.
