Are you a natural host with a passion for leadership and luxury service? At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, we’re looking for a Desk Manager who brings structure, warmth and excellence to every guest interaction — from check-in to fond farewell.

Your role in the journey

As Desk Manager, you’ll lead the Front Office team during your shift, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest service. You’ll be the go-to person for both guests and team members, creating a warm and professional atmosphere in our lobby.
