Acerca del rol
El Supervisor de Seguridad será responsable de asistir en la supervisión y operación diaria del departamento de seguridad del hotel, con el objetivo de garantizar un entorno seguro para los huéspedes, el personal y las instalaciones. Trabajará bajo la dirección del Subgerente de Seguridad para implementar y cumplir con las políticas, procedimientos y programas establecidos de seguridad y protección. Este puesto también incluirá la supervisión de las actividades del personal de seguridad, la gestión de situaciones de emergencia, el monitoreo de sistemas de seguridad, y la capacitación continua del equipo para mantener altos estándares de seguridad.
