Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for a Aquamarine Pool Side Restaurant and Recreation Supervisor to join the Food and Beverage & Recreation Team!

Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

• Classification:Full-Time
• Shift: Various – must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Pay: $23.69 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Pool Side Recreation & Restaurant Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant & recreation in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all Aquamarine activities and operations (F&B + Recreation)
• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
• Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
• Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
