At Meliá Hotels International , we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Guest Concierge to join our Club by Meliá team with the aim of proactively inviting guests to learn about the Circle product in the sales room, acting as the first key link in the sales process.

Offer a personalized, friendly, and high-quality service to guests during their stay, using each interaction as an opportunity to build trust and identify potential customers interested in the product, proactively inviting guests to learn about the business proposal in the sales room and acting as the first key link in the sales process.
Job Functions
1. Provide personalized, warm and helpful service to guests during their stay, becoming their point of contact within the hotel.
2. Use each service interaction as an opportunity to generate conversation, create interest and trust with the guest, with the goal of achieving a natural and effective invitation to the sales room, without exerting direct sales pressure.
3. Proactively invite guests with a suitable profile to the sales room, highlighting the potential benefits they could obtain based on their profile and preferences.
4. Communicate to the corresponding Sales Advisor the relevant information obtained during contact with the guest (profile, interests, type of traveler, perceived objections), to facilitate a personalized sales start.
5. Conduct an effective introduction between the guest and the Sales Advisor, ensuring a smooth and professional transition.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate guest entry to the lounge and ensure smooth and efficient service.
7. Accurately record the invitations and the outcome of each one in the established management tools, ensuring traceability and consistency of the process.
8. Actively participate in training sessions, team meetings, and feedback sessions to improve interpersonal and business skills.
9. Contribute to the achievement of individual and team business objectives, understanding that quality service is the basis for generating real sales opportunities.
