Guest Service Agent

Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests? At Meliá Calvià Beach , one of the leading luxury hotels on the island, we are looking to add a   dynamic, proactive Guest Service Coordinator with a strong service orientation to our team.

 

What will you do in your day-to-day life?

  • To be the main point of contact for our guests throughout their stay.
  • Coordinate and supervise the welcome, pre-stay and post-stay experience.
  • Manage special requests, complaints and feedback, ensuring personalized attention.
  • Collaborate closely with different departments (reception, housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience.
  • Promote hotel services and upsell premium experiences.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in customer service in 4* or 5* hotels (minimum 1 year).
  • Excellent level of English and Spanish (other languages ​​are a plus).
  • Interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems (Opera, CRM, etc.) is valued.
  • Positive attitude, proactivity and passion for customer service.
