Purpose of the Role :

To strategically coordinate and ensure effective recruitment, selection, training, development, and administration of human resources in alignment with business objectives. This role ensures full compliance with local labour laws while upholding the standards and values of Meliá Hotels International. What You Do :

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and select the right talent for the organization

• Coordinate onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration and continuous development

• Support employee engagement initiatives to build a motivated and high-performing team

• Ensure HR administration and documentation are accurate, timely, and compliant with local labour regulations

• Act as a trusted partner to department heads, providing guidance on HR policies and people management
