OBJECTIFS DU POSTE :
Le Director of Facilities est responsable de la direction et de la supervision des départements Sécurité et Ingénierie. Il/elle veille au bon fonctionnement de toutes les installations de l’établissement, en assurant la sécurité des clients, du personnel et des biens, tout en maintenant les plus hauts standards de qualité, d’entretien et de conformité.
Il/elle développe et met en œuvre des plans de maintenance préventive, gère les projets techniques et les opérations de sécurité, et supervise les équipes dans une dynamique de développement continu. Il/elle est garant(e) du respect des politiques internes Four Seasons ainsi que des réglementations locales en vigueur.
